The Fabulous Fox

The Egyptian Ballroom

Known from the 1930's through the 1940's as Atlanta's largest and most popular public dance spot, the Egyptian Ballroom is now reserved for private events at The Fox. With 7,000 square feet of space, it has its own stage for live music or small productions. A hardwood dance floor holds up to 675 guests (464 for seated events). Intimate seating in the ornate overhanging balcony create a fascinatig, cabaret-like atmosphere.

The Grand Salon

Designed as the club room or lounge of the origninal Shriner's temple, the Grand Salon is next in size, accommodating up to 337 guests. Original stained glass skylights, terrazzo floor inlaid with real mother-of-pearl, and stenciled Moorish beams and arches offer the mystique of a Middle-Eastern palace.
