  • Jihoon Son - Geographic Information Systems

    Jihoon Son received his undergraduate degree in Architecture of Yonsei University in Korea and graduating in May with a master degree in City Planning at Georgia Tech. He specialized in Geographic Information System and interested in developing GIS system related to other issues like economic development. He has worked for Gwinnett County Government in the Planning and Development Department. His brief resume is available at here.

  • Christina Ley - Transportation Joint Degree

    Cristina Ley is a dual degree Master’s student in City Planning and Civil Engineering specializing in transportation. Her undergraduate degree is in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon. Cristina has worked in Atlanta for four years while pursuing her Master’s degree the last two years. In relation to this project, Cristina is interested in equity issues in transportation planning, which involve the demographic characteristics of people near transportation facilities. Cristina is also a recipient of the 2003 Tower Award OMED: Educational Services .

  • Sean Kennedy - Transportation Joint Degree

    Sean is graduating in May with a duel masters degree in Civil Engineering and City Planning. He is the vice president of the SPA Georgia Tech chapter and a recipient of the Gladding/Jackson fellowship for the 2002 academic year. Sean has served as an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer in North Carolina, and is concerned with transportation equity issues as well as the improvement of mobility options within metropolitan regions.


  • Francis Kobina Insaidoo - Geographic Information Systems

    Francis Kobina Insaidoo is currently a 2nd-year graduate student in City and Regional Planning at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. His specialization in is Geographic Information Systems and is also working on a second degree in Bioinformatics. Francis is interested in GeoMedicine and Health Planning. He has worked with Data And Policy Analysis and Georgia Army National Guard over the course of his studies at Georgia Tech. Francis is also a recipient of the 2003 Tower Award.
